Responsible for managing the finances of the handled school, which includes balancing budgets, preparing financial reports, keeping detailed financial records and processing employees compensation.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 2 years of related experience in general accounting

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Provides assistance to Campus Development Manager in terms of technical and administrative works of the Company.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be able to generate project estimate and scope of works
  • Must be knowledgeable with government standard and specification
  • Must be able to prepare shop drawing and space planning
  • Must be proficient in Autocad, MS Office Application and Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw

Directs project evaluation and comprehensive review of identified opportunities for merits; and presents and sells to the Management Team for sponsorship of resources.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or Management
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • With at least 5 years of experience in managing a Corporate Planning unit

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to  identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze client/partner requirements and sell solutions
  • Ability to monitor performance goals and measures
  • Knowledgeable in project development and management

Collects, monitors, and studies data to provide the Management with financial analysis, ratios, variances, and as-of status of schools. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 1 year of experience related to Financial Analysis

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Accounting and Financial Diagnosis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed skills in use of technology such as accounting software and applications.
  • Analyzing Information Reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and administration skills.

Works closely with the Financial Planning & Control Manager in formulating and updating the financial policies and procedures, checking and monitoring if the financial policies are adhered to, preparing and consolidating of the annual budget, financial forecasts, plans and models.

In-charge in planning, organizing and directing the subordinate staff in the daily operations of the department to meet accurate and timely submission of financial reports, ensure the Company’s disbursements are within the approved or allotted budget

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 3 years supervisory experience related to the vacant position

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have an in depth knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
  • Must be analytical and very good in problem solving
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS applications such as word and excel, and accounting software preferably Oracle
  • Must have excellent inter-personal skills, and high degree of patience
  • Can handle work pressure and must have a high degree of dependability in policy implementation and keeping confidential records
  • Must have an ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and must be self-motivated

Works closely with the Student and Development Group Head in developing, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs for the enhancement of STI’s Guidance and Counseling services; supervises the training of the network’s guidance personnel; and establishes and maintains linkages with relevant institutions and organizations.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor
  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Experienced Employee specialized in Education or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as Counselor in School, private or public companies

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to create, administer and interpret Psychological Exams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, patient and honest
  • Has leadership capability, can facilitate group and organize events
  • Ability to handle stress and can work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications

Leads, instructs and motivates individuals or groups in exercise activities. As fitness trainer, they design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Physical Education
  • Must have a certification as gym instructor, with at least 1 year related experience

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to listen carefully to what clients tell them to determine the client's fitness levels and desired fitness goals.

 

Ensures that the performance of various technical and professional work is relevant to the thrust of the organizations. He/she manages the Human Resources and Organizational Development and is expected to work closely with the HROD personnel in monitoring that all projects and programs delegated to the HROD group are delivered on-time, cost-effective, and are proactively communicated to all levels within the organization.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with Post graduate studies in Management/Behavioral Science or any related field.
  • At least 5 Years of working experience as Manager in the related field
  • Must have at least two years of supervisory experience, with exposure in employee relations, policy making and organizational development.

 Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Organizational Development
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management System
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage and foster teamwork

Is responsible in the development of creative communication materials in different mediums and platforms from conceptualization, to execution, to production.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts/Visual Communications/Graphic Design/Multimedia Arts
  • Skilled in graphic design, freehand drawing, technical drawing, design and layout
  • Advantage if proficient in 3D modeling and animation, motion graphics and photography

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to create/develop graphics or images needed in various communication materials
  • Ability to present ideas, design studies to Creative Manager, Internal and External clients
  • Ability to coordinate and discuss project details with internal and external clients and suppliers
  • Must be able to conduct proofing of projects or materials during production stage
  • Ability to render other specialized services to other departments such as photography and simple image editing

The Programmer enables stakeholders to access information for increased learning and productivity. S/he analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and maintains information systems. S/he works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver to them the appropriate solution.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • With hands-on experience on programming using .NET or JAVA technologies;
  • With at least one-year experience in software development, advantage if with experience developing HRIS and payroll systems.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge in database management using MSSQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
  • Knowledge in SSRS or Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge of Software Development Processes and methodologies like Waterfall or Agile
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for buying the best quality goods and services for the organization at the most responsive prices.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Preferably at least one (1) year working experience in a related capacity.

Leads and oversees the development of the Learning Materials (curriculum, courseware, and standard periodical examinations) of STI programs. He/she ensures that the content and teaching methodologies of the Learning Materials are accurate, relevant, and effective; and are timely delivered to all STI schools.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience
  • Licensed teacher (has passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers)

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Strong research and communication skills
  • Ability to create system processes as needed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Highly organized and methodical
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedule

Supports the Student Records & Information Head in the database management of all student records as well as the physical records of closed-schools. Specifically, he/she is tasked with the preparation, evaluation and maintenance of all student academic records.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably with training/experience in records management
  • Knowledgeable in database creation and maintenance

 Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended

Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
  • With at least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, design and architecture;
  • With at least 2 years of experience in software development using .Net technologies

  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • Advantage if Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Preferably with teaching experience
  • Strong research, writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Assists the Web Administrator in enhancing the company’s website. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts or Multi-media related courses

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable on ASP, .NET, PHP, MS Access, MSSQL, HTML, CSS &. jQuery
  • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
